I've had a fantastic stay for 4 nights. The hotel was fairly clean based in an original style building with very, very nice staff. The breakfast offered was gorgeous with more than ample portions. Stunning central location adjacent to the orange canapy over the door, Blackpool for the price range and a spotlessly clean establishment. Also, an amusement park was 2 km away.

Comfortable, tidy hotel, though with not so good view. Truly lovely building and rooms with a fabulous view. Excellent and amiable staff during our stay. A huge variety of options, fabulous food. The location fantastic and magnificent near all main attractions. Based very close to promenade, Blackpool for the day and Harry Ramsden's fish restaurant.

I liked this hotel, it was well-maintained with free wi-fi. The staff was very friendly & accommodating. The room was a nice size and had an incredibly beautiful view of the sea. The breakfast was delicious, overall food was outstanding. The location was absolutely perfect and exceptionally nice, relatively close to Blackpool Football Club. This venue was in a very comfortable area. I had really enjoyable experience and would come here again.

In relation to the good price paid, it was comfortable place to stay with great service. Our hotel was in a good and unbeatable location next to South shore. Besides, we were near to Harry Ramsden's fish restaurant, the orange canapy over the door and the sea.

A perfect hotel, I enjoyed it, staff was courteous. The view from my family king room was excellent. The food was splendid and there were plenty of dishes in the menu. The location was central, magnificent right on the Promenade. Went to Bull Property for drink or two, set just a short stroll away from the hotel. Had a great time.
